kurioosum

ma siin ükspäev leidsin miski sellise arvustuse:
Japanese Entertainment seems to have long since discarded the principle of their talents being just plain pretty. When looking at this variety show, we’re given the pleasant impression that Johnny’s Jimusho provides actual talent to go with their sparkly men. KAT-TUN, right now one of the most popular and record-breaking j-pop groups in Japan, have taken it upon themselves to host a show that packs laughs at every corner and even some bizarre moments that you can’t help but laugh at all the same. Highlights include popular guests you’re likely to see in your favourite dramas or j-bands, skits alongside some pretty ingenious comedy, travels to different regions of Japan that you might have been curious about, music that’s surprisingly catchy, and a group of six guys on a journey to make j-entertainment known for more than just its pretty faces.
Each of these six has something to bring to the table in terms of this show’s popularity. It might be Kamenashi Kazuya’s concentrated, but playful improvisation, Akanishi’s straight-faced, witty statements contrasted with his perpetually ‘baka-like’ state, Taguchi’s acrobatics and juggling shadowed by his hysterically lame sense of humour, Koki’s awesome one-liners mixed with his short-lived patience for Taguchi, Ueda’s quiet, calm demeanor shadowed by his abrupt and sometimes off-putting random sense of humour, and Nakamaru’s slip-ups, sharp comebacks, and wicked beat-boxing.
Quite honestly, you don’t have to be a fan of j-pop or these guys in general in order to start watching, but I probably can’t promise that you won’t like them by the time the first episode is over. From episode one dating back from 2007 to the current episodes being released weekly, Cartoon KAT-TUN might just be that anti-drug you’ve been looking for.
Having said that, side-effects do include such things as minor-hypertension and insomnia. Do try to get some sleep in between these episodes..
